2019-20 Record: N/A
Head Coach: David Dubos (1st season)
Key Players: Dante Caminito, (F, Sr.), George DiNapoli (F, Sr.), Josh Fontaine (F, Sr.), Noah Swanson (F, Sr.), Owen Davidson (D, Jr.), Brody Davidson (F, Jr.), Sean Sides (F, Jr.), Connor Konopka (D, Jr.), Trevor Schad (G, Sr.)
Impact Newcomers: Dominick Violette (Fr.), Charlie Maxwell (Fr.), Noah MacDonald (Fr.), Philip Beaulieu (Fr.)
Goalie Situation: Rocky Hill Co-op is in a good spot if not for any other reason than senior Trevor Schad (1.60 GAA) being in net. Schad will give this newly-formed group a great backbone. He will be backed up by senior Colin Bishop.
Outlook: The newly-formed Rocky Hill Co-op will begin their inaugural season this year with way more competent bodies than most expansion franchises do. In net, Rocky Hill is the beneficiary of receiving the services of former WMRP goaltender Trevor Schad who put together a great season for the Eagles last year and didn’t shy away from the big game. Head Coach David Dubos and former WMRP assistant, is looking at this season as house money for the Terriers. “We have nothing to lose and everything to gain this season,” Dubos told CTHSHockey. Upfront look for seniors Dante Caminito, Josh Fontaine, Noah Swanson, and former LHK forward George DiNapoli to lead and do some of the heavy lifting. Juniors Owen and Brody Davidson are coming off nice seasons for WMRP last year, as well. There are a bunch of new bodies being added to the fray this year as well for Rocky Hill, so look for one or two of them to step up their game at the varsity level. Dubos is reporting that their chemistry and unity are strong already, and they are ready to compete at the CCC South level.
